Nearly weekly podcast with Gahlord Dewald, Matthew Shadbolt, and Rob Hahn sharing their thoughts and insight on the latest real estate industry news. These were so much fun to create every week, and very much something I’d look forward to recording with my friends. Linsey Ehle served as our long-suffering producer.
Rob, Gahlord and I are all in very different places personally and professionally these days, and in many ways listening back to these episodes feels like being transported back in time to another life. Rob still dabbles in podcasts about the real estate industry, while Gahlord and I are no longer in real estate.
As a set of news-driven opinion pieces, they filled a vacuum in the industry that still hasn’t truly been filled. Most real estate podcasts, as you’d expect, cater to sales production, but there’s not really something out there for brokerage and association leadership to listen to on a regular basis. I hope that some bright soul builds that one day soon.
Programming Note: You can’t hear it in Episode 25, but I was getting really sick at this time, and ended up needing to take some time off professionally, accounting for the 5 month breaking in doing the weekly podcasts.
