Self-Isolation: Week Eight
A fairly industrious week, with lots of projects being worked on. I made a new set of postcards, made some progress on the 16-Bit dungeon game I’m building, thought a lot about chess grandmasters, still tried to get some circular pieces to work (these are getting better), live streamed my weekly Destiny progress again, and finished Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune (I’m really enjoying these, but slowly working my way through all four games at the moment).
I continued to read a lot of Chris Ware’s Building Stories (these are so beautiful), listened to a lot of My Bloody Valentine and Kosmischer Läufer (The Secret Cosmic Music of the East German Olympic Program 1972-83). Also really sad to learn of the passing of Florian Schneider, one of my heroes.
